We typically make all products in batches and replenish our stock once it gets low. If you feel as though at item/s you're after has not been restocked, please contact us and let us know.

If you have a pet bird/s, please do not burn incense in their presence.

Our products are generally safe to burn (candles, incense) around other pets, when used responsibly (proper ventilation, for example).

For our candle collections, we use lead-free wicks, highly refined paraffin wax, and plant-based oils.

All of the materials we use to create our products are sourced domestically in the USA.

We frequently reassess our methods (production creation, order packaging, waste) to ensure that we are as eco-friendly as possible.

Here are all of the ways we enforce this:

• We recycle our paraffin wax by using scrap waxes to create our Zero Waste pillar candles.
• At our headquarters, we recycle all paper and cardboard boxes that we receive.
• The paper products we use for customer orders and marketing materials are made from recycled materials.
• We have nearly eliminated the use of plastics from customer orders.
• We use biodegradable vegetable starch puffs when shipping customer orders.
